Why you should get one
Screen - With a Full HD 1080P screen manufactured by LG with a PPI of ~445, this screen should be marvelous to behold.
Top of the line internals - Speaking purely regarding mobile processors by the most popular company in the world, Qualcomm - this is the best processor that they currently have in their lineup. The processing power is leaps and bounds from what we see from the early days of quad core processors, namely, the Tegra 3.
Adreno 330 is also simply the best GPU on the market right now. Throwing in a built-in 4G modem, there's no denying that this is what every mobile phone should be.
Camera - Alright. We are not talking Lumia 920, Lumia 1020, or Sony Xperia Z1 specs here. But judging from early picture samples, the 8 MP sensor coupled with OIS produces pretty decent pictures. Low light shots with the new HDR+ mode a.k.a. true HDR mode which the camera takes a few pictures with different exposures and then combine them into one, and with the help of OIS, is pretty impressive.

Price - The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 might be slightly higher specced compared to the Nexus 5, but at an RRP of RM2399, it does not give a whole lot more compared to the ~RM1350 Nexus 5 in terms of internals (discounting the S-Pen functions for the sake of this argument).
Screen - 1080P IPS screen. Do I really need to say more?
Note that these are all speculations. I mean, the Nexus 5 might be hit with catastrophic production problems, hardware issues and the such. But from what's I can gather now, this is shaping up to be a winner for Google. And kudos to LG too.
